Rainbow Chromoprotein Plasmid Set

A vibrant collection of six chromoprotein expression plasmids, inspired by corals and anemones, constitutively expressing in E. coli BL21 cells. These are kanamycin selected plasmids and only require to be streaked out and grown at 37C in LB agar or broth with 100mg/L Kanamycin to express. The proteins are extremely soluble and provide a wonderful teaching aid for all things microbiology. These plasmids are open source, made with love in Huntington, NY, and are free of any Material Transfer Agreements. The plasmids are licensed under Creative Commons 4.0 BY-SA.
